Work is continuing on our new development and we have only recently released our ten new exclusive plots. Demand has proven high and already half have been sold and we are awaiting the arrival of the first of the new park homes. In July and August this year, two new show homes are scheduled to arrive – a 52ft x 22ft top of the range Stately Kensington and a 45ft x 22ft Tingdene Harrington. The Harrington will benefit from a pond view. These bungalow-style homes come fully and stylishly equipped and are connected to all mains services. Internet connectivity is becoming more and more important and so we have ensured that fibre-optic broadband has also been laid to every plot.
