“The Meadow” our exclusive new development

Only recently did we release the final phase of our Acresfield Park development. The area known as “The Meadow” can accommodation 10 new twin park homes. Currently we have five homes sited with a further two arriving early next year.

The final three plots are still available. Plots 2 and 3 can accommodate spacious 45ft x 22ft homes and plot 8 an even larger home – 50ft x 22ft. Stately, Lakeland and Tingdene are our main suppliers. All of our homes benefit from main gas and electricity supplies and fibre broadband is available.

The New Office Complex At The Entrance to the Acresfield Development

Due to the expansion of our businesses we have outgrown our current offices on Wyre Vale Park. We applied for planning consent for a new state of the art disabled friendly office and garage complex and this was due granted late in 2021. Construction work started in Spring this year and the project is due for completion during January 2023. The new development will also include a car park extension for Acresfield Health Club and Spa.

To ensure that the building is as energy efficient as possible solar voltaic panels have been positioned on both south and north facing roofs, the building itself with be heated using air source heat pumps, the walls, floors and ceilings have been well insulated and high performance glazing has been ordered. Wiring from this building will connect with the Health Club and Spa and so any the excess electricity generated by the solar panels will be utilised there. Local stone has been used for the exterior walls and this is in keeping with both the Health Club and our apartments opposite.
