We’re pleased to announce that our new Office Complex has been completed!  

Since 1985 the head office for our various companies had been located on Wyre Vale Park.    

The business has grown substantially over the years with the addition of further Residential Park Home Estates, a holiday caravan park, the development of a new park home estate, the building of both Acresfield Health Club & Spa and a new apartment block at the entrance to Acresfield.  Our staffing levels have also increased and so too has the amount of plant and machinery which we require for the day to day operation of the Parks.

The new purpose-built disabled-friendly facility provides us with separate offices, a meeting room, an archive storage room, dining and catering facilities, and a drying room designed for those rainy days so that the team can dry their jackets etc during their breaks. There is also a large garage and a workshop, and a compound area for the storage of building materials.  Additional car parking has also been added for the Health Club as Membership has grown and so to have the number of non-members using the facility.

Incorporated within our new building are the latest energy saving systems including heating and cooling via a Samsung air source heat pump and use of the latest  Planitherm glazing which assists in retaining the heat in the winter and which keeps the building cool during the summer.  

Solar voltaic panels have also been added to both south and north facing roofs.    These initiatives have resulted in the building receiving an A+ energy rating.  The stunning exterior design of the building has been complimented by the use of local stone which is in keeping with both the adjacent Acresfield Apartments and Acresfield Health Club & Spa.
