On this sunny April day a new home was delivered to Wyre Vale Park to be sited on “The Avenue”.
Due to the difficulty in accessing the plot the new home had to be craned in. Our transport company arranged for a contractor who could provide the size of crane required to safely lift the two halves of the new home over some of our exiting homes. The whole process passed off without the slightest hitch and many of our homeowners turned out to witness this event.
The new Lakeland home which comprises of 800 square feet of living space has already been sold and the new homeowners are eager to move in as soon as possible. As the manufacturer is only local to us the couple were able to visit the factory and to include their own personal touches to the design and furnishings which are included within the home itself.
Currently there is only one other new home available for sale and that is currently in production in the Lakeland factory – a 43ft x 12ft 4 ins single home– with 1 double and 1 single bedroom (530 square feet in living space).
