Ministerial & Parliamentary Visits

Over the years a number of serving Cabinet Ministers and Members of Parliament have visited our Parks.  The Rt Hon Nick Raynsford MP visited Wyre Vale Park in his role as Housing Minister accompanied by local MP,  Hilton Dawson.  John Hutton MP, Minister of Health and Social Care visited Lodge Park a year later.  Each had the opportunity to speak with homeowners about the benefits of Park Home living.

We have also hosted a meeting for the Department of Communities and Local Government in relation to the legislation appertaining to Park Homes which over 200 homeowners attended and enjoyed the presentations.  Wyre Vale and Acresfield Parks were also chosen for a fact finding visit for members of the Residential Property Tribunal.

Such Parliamentary visits to the Parks have been welcomed in order to discuss improvements, display the benefits of our efforts to put the needs of our residents first and to give our homeowners a voice.
