Acresfield Health Club offers to become vaccination site

To assist with the rapid vaccine rollout Acresfield Health Club & Spa has offered its premises to the NHS as a mass vaccination site, free of charge.  The building, located close to a good motorway link and the market town of Garstang, is ideally suited for this with a large car park, an easily manageable one-way system within the building, and a large “Arena” area which is well ventilated. What’s more, the building could be made available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The offer has not been taken up at this time but the option still remains if required.  Owner Micheal Ward says: “We are keen to support our outstanding NHS.”
