Due to the expansion of our businesses we have outgrown our current head office located on Wyre Vale Park. As a business, we are always looking for ways to improve services and add amenities for the benefit of both our homeowners and our visitors.
We applied for planning consent for a new state of the art office and storage complex to be located at the entrance to the Acresfield development. Permission was granted late in 2021 and construction work has recently commenced. It is anticipated that the new facility will be fully open later this year.
As with previous projects, we will be using local tradesmen and wherever possible locally sources products. The building has been designed to allow for disabled access. There will also be additional car parking spaces for the Health Club along with a dual electric car charging point.
